This newly remodeled, family friendly, waterfront property, is big enough for the WHOLE family! This gorgeous beachfront vacation rental is the center of it all, with phenomenal panoramic views of Sebago Lake! There is easy access to the famous Sebago Lake Sandbar and to the Songo River Locks, which takes you to Brandy Pond and Long Lake; this is a boater's paradise. Inside and out is where there is plenty of space for everyone and offers wonderful lake views! There are so many amazing activities to keep the whole family having fun all day long.

INTERIOR: This large home has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. With its large open kitchen, dining and living space, there is plenty of room to entertain. There is a full bathroom on bedroom that has two TWIN sized beds on the main floor. You also have access to the laundry room, as well. The second floor is where you will find the other 4 bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a KING sized bed with amazing lake views including a walk out area onto the sunroom balcony that is surrounded with windows. Also sharing the balcony is the bedroom next door which offers a QUEEN sized bed and a FULL sized bed. The sunrise views from these two rooms are simply stunning! The fourth bedroom offers a FULL sized bed and a pack n’ play and the fifth bedroom has a TWIN sized daybed with a TWIN trundle and a crib. Enough room for the whole family.

EXTERIOR: Enjoy the scenic views of Sebago Lake from the large backyard or from the deck while dining al fresco! This getaway has a whopping 75 feet of private water frontage with a large dock to store your boat. Don't have a boat? Rent one down the street, or take one of the seven kayaks or stand up paddle boards about 50 ft across the Songo River to the Sandbar and enjoy crystal clear Sebago Lake! You will be able to soak in all that this waterfront house has to offer. In addition, there is outside table seating, two grills, a fire pit and adirondack chairs, beach chairs, and a comfy daybed. 

*Dock is available late spring to early fall.

SPRING STAYS: Come stay at The Sandbar House during the springtime in Maine. The fishing is great and it is the perfect time to take in the various blooming trees and flowering landscapes. This season can be tricky in Maine weather wise, so you may be able to enjoy the deck while grilling or you may want to cozy up to the outdoor fire pit reading an enchanted book. This time of year is so peaceful on Sebago.

There are many things to do during the summer from boating, fishing, swimming and BBQing and there is no better place to spend your next vacation than here! 

AUTUMN STAYS: Check out The Sandbar House during autumn in Maine to really experience the stunning foliage changes that the Northeast has to offer. The lake is so calm this time of year and tends to still run at warmer temperatures in September. Make a trip to a nearby apple orchard, take in the local county fair, or enjoy a fall hike during your autumn stay. Once you are back, make hot apple ciders and sip them by the indoor fireplace or outdoor fire pit under the stars.

HOUSE RULES/SECURITY: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. No parties or underage drinking. Quiet hours between 10pm-7am. There is a STRICT 15 MPH speed limit on this and the surrounding roads. Number of guests past quiet hours may not exceed the number of guests listed. Any and all damages will be reported to Campfire Booking. Exterior security cameras with audio are appropriately placed on the exterior to protect both guests and owners and are only used to ensure the house rules are followed. Maine State Law requires all children 10 and under to wear a floatation device while using any watercraft. 

A signed Guest Rental Agreement is required prior to your stay and will be sent to you via DocuSign following your confirmed reservation. Please make sure your email is accurate.  

PARKING: 5 cars or 4 cars and a boat trailer.

ESSENTIALS: Bed linens and towels are included in your stay. You will be responsible for any toilet paper that will be needed beyond the two rolls per bathroom that will be supplied to you. Please note that Scott 1000 1-ply toilet paper is the only toilet paper that is “septic safe”. There is no water filtration system, so bottled water is necessary for drinking. There is also a water cooler for your use as well. In the event the rental loses power, there is a generator that will automatically turn on to restore power.

PETS: As much as we love pets, they are not allowed at this property.
