Two cabins for the price of one with lakeviews! Located in the coveted Wards Cove area of Sebago Lake, this is THE place to vacation! Adjoined by a large deck, these two cabins are so convenient when you plan to stay with extended family. With water and beach access, this property has a lot to offer!

INTERIOR: This home has two cottages. The main cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The primary bedroom offers a QUEEN sized bed. The second bedroom offers two XL TWIN beds. There is an open concept living and dining space. Here, you will have a smart TV with access to your favorite streaming services. There is added common space in the 3 season sunroom with additional seating which is perfect when you need a break from the sun. The second cottage has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The bedroom has a QUEEN sized bed and bunk beds with two TWIN sized beds. There is an open concept living and dining area which has a futon that pulls out to a FULL sized bed for added sleeping space.

EXTERIOR: Right out front you will find a gas grill and a number of adirondack chairs surrounding the fire pit. This is a beautiful setting at night under the stars! When you are ready for fun on the lake, the 200ft association owned, private sandy beach is located 7 houses down and is about a +/-5 minute walk. The beach also has a dock that can be used for loading and unloading only. 

*Shared dock is available during July and August. (Feel free to bring your boat and launch it about ½ mile down the road, but please note there is no mooring available at this property and boats CANNOT be tied up to the dock. 

SPRING STAYS: Come stay at The Blue Star during the springtime in Maine to take in the various blooming trees and flowering landscapes. You will love seeing the trees transitioning from buds to vibrant greens. This season can be tricky in Maine weather wise, so you may be able to enjoy the deck while grilling or you may want to cozy up to the outdoor fire pit reading an enchanted book. Spring fishing is always a fun activity too! Additionally, located less than a mile down the road is where you will find THE best brunch around. Sportsman’s Kitchen and Keg is open year round, but their delicious brunch with added outdoor seating has limited availability.

SUMMER STAYS: Summertime on Sebago? Yes please! With this property having Sebago Lake access, yard space with enough room for your entire group and accommodating interior, we believe you will make lasting memories! There are many activities to enjoy during the summer from boating, fishing, swimming and BBQing. Just 10 miles up Route 114 is the famous Naples Causeway. Enjoy lunch on the water, a ride on the Songo Queen, or various water sport activities during your stay. You’re sure to make lasting memories here.

AUTUMN STAYS: Check out The Blue Star during autumn in Maine to really experience the stunning foliage changes that the Northeast has to offer. Make a trip to a nearby apple orchard, take in the local county fair, or enjoy a fall hike during your stay. Once you are back, make hot apple ciders and sip them by the outdoor fire pit under the stars.

HOUSE RULES/SECURITY: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. No parties or underage drinking. Quiet hours between 10pm-7am. There is a STRICT 15 MPH speed limit on this and the surrounding roads. Number of guests past quiet hours may not exceed the number of guests listed. Any and all damages will be reported to Campfire Booking. Exterior security cameras with audio are appropriately placed on the exterior to protect both guests and owners and are only used to ensure the house rules are followed. Maine State Law requires all children 10 and under to wear a floatation device while using any watercraft. 

A signed Guest Rental Agreement is required prior to your stay and will be sent to you via DocuSign following your confirmed reservation. Please make sure your email is accurate.  

PARKING: 3 cars on gravel part of front lawn only or 1 car and a boat trailer.

ESSENTIALS: Bed linens and towels are NOT included in your stay due to the absence of washer/dryer units. You will be responsible for any bed linens you will need and any toilet paper that will be needed beyond the two rolls per bathroom that will be supplied to you. Please note that Scott 1000 1-ply toilet paper is the only toilet paper that is “septic safe”. There is no water filtration system, so bottled water is necessary for drinking. 

PETS: We are pet friendly with a fee of $100/pet per stay.
