This newly renovated home is a spectacular waterfront property on Sebago Lake, to put it lightly! This gorgeous vacation rental is near Snug Harbor and with its floor to ceiling windows, it boasts incredible, unobstructed views of the lake. Here, you will find, both inside and out, plenty of space for everyone to have a vacation of a lifetime! It sleeps up to 16 guests and there are so many amazing activities to keep the whole family having fun all day long.

INTERIOR: In addition to getting all new siding, roofing, and floor to ceiling windows in 2022, we wanted to offer a magnificent water view in each of the 4 bedrooms. The large living area overlooking Sebago Lake, has a newly white-washed fireplace that is located in the center of the house. There are two couches and four 360 swivel chairs to take in all of the beautiful sights both inside and outside. Serene is an understatement! You will also find a custom built, repurposed, live edge dining table that seats 12 because there is nothing better than enjoying a big family meal while taking it all in. The gorgeous island in the kitchen seats 10 and is THE place to be when cooking a big meal for the whole family! Not a detail was missed during this kitchen renovation and we promise you won't be disappointed. There are two completely remodeled full baths and two laundry rooms, both on the main floor. With 4 total bedrooms, this place can sleep up to 16 guests! In the primary bedroom, located on the main floor, there is a KING sized bed boasting stunning views of the lake, clothing storage, separate laundry, and a brand new private deck with a space to sip your coffee and access the waterfront. The second bedroom, or The Bunk Room, as we call it, is on the main floor and has 2 sets of bunk beds with TWINS for each and another TWIN bed to sleep 5. The enclosed upstairs loft bedroom is large and open and has 2 FULL sized beds with 3 additional TWIN sized beds. The second upstairs loft, located above the kitchen is a bit more open, as it overlooks the living room and all of those spectacular water views, has a KING sized bed. Additionally, there is a brand new heating system that allows every room to control its own heat and AC. This provides you with optimal temperature control year-round to ensure a comfortable stay.

EXTERIOR: This extraordinary property has 100 feet of waterfront access and a walk-in sandy bottom beach. The brand new composite deck that overlooks the water features outdoor dining for 8, some cozy couch and chair seating, and a propane Weber grill. The additional smaller patio area is complete with a fire pit and Adirondack chairs to relax at, as well as, a picnic table that seats 10 for additional outdoor eating space. Along with the brand new 50 ft dock, there is a mooring to store your boat or jet ski during your stay, as well. Two Stand-up Paddleboards and 2 kayaks, along with swim floats will be available for guests to use. The large grassy area out front is the perfect place to enjoy outdoor games such as Can-Jam, Ladderball, and Corn-hole. Additionally, in the event of a power outage, the back- up generator will automatically kick on for your convenience.

SPRING STAYS: Bring your fishing rod and cast a line right at the end of the dock! Spring fishing and hiking are extremely popular pastimes near Sebago and this is the perfect place to enjoy them! Come stay at Sebago Sunrise during the springtime in Maine to take in the various blooming trees and flowering landscapes. You will love seeing the trees transitioning from buds to vibrant greens.

SUMMER STAYS: Summer on Sebago Lake doesn’t get much better than this! With this property directly on Sebago Lake, a beautiful yard with enough room for your entire group and accommodating interior, we believe you will make lasting memories! There are many things to do during the summer from boating, fishing, swimming and BBQing. You can even take your boat a couple of coves over to Long Beach and dock it at Sportsman’s Kitchen and Keg. Grab some amazing food and a delicious drink at their tiki bar! We promise it won’t disappoint! If you need a break from the sun, there is plenty of shaded area, and the house is complete with AC in every room. There is no better place to spend your next vacation than at Sebago Sunrise!

AUTUMN STAYS: September is such a peaceful time to visit Sebago. The water is still warm and the lake is perfectly calm! Check out Sebago Sunrise during autumn in Maine to really experience the stunning foliage changes that the Northeast has to offer. Make a trip to a nearby apple orchard, take in the local county fair, or enjoy a fall hike during your stay. Once you are back, make hot apple ciders and sip them by the outdoor fire pit under the stars.

WINTER VISITS: This year round home offers a pellet stove in the living room and radiant heated floors in each of the bathrooms to keep you warm and cozy during the bitter cold winter. Warm up after a day of cross country skiing or snowshoeing on the nearby trails, or take a trip to Pleasant Mountain for some skiing just 30 minutes away. You can also visit Seacoast Fun Park for some ultimate tubing about 20 minutes away! In the evening, sip hot chocolate next to the fireplace while watching the snowfall, reading a good book, or playing a board game.

HOUSE RULES/SECURITY: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. No parties or underage drinking. Quiet hours between 10pm-7am. There is a STRICT 15 MPH speed limit on this and the surrounding roads. Number of guests past quiet hours may not exceed the number of guests listed. Any and all damages will be reported to Campfire Booking. Exterior security cameras with audio are appropriately placed on the exterior to protect both guests and owners and are only used to ensure the house rules are followed. Maine State Law requires all children 10 and under to wear a floatation device while using any watercraft.

A signed Guest Rental Agreement is required prior to your stay and will be sent to you via DocuSign following your confirmed reservation. Please make sure your email is accurate.

PARKING: 6 cars and a boat trailer.

ESSENTIALS: Bed linens and towels are included in your stay. You will be responsible for any toilet paper that will be needed beyond the two rolls per bathroom that will be supplied to you. Please note that Scott 1000 1-ply toilet paper is the only toilet paper that is “septic safe”. 

PETS: We are pet friendly with a fee of $200/pet per stay. Max 2 dogs/stay.
