This home is the perfect waterfront property in Kettle Cove on Sebago Lake! This is a great place to bring the kids and spend your days relaxing while enjoying all of the Maine Camp Life amenities! There are so many amazing activities to keep the whole family having fun all day long.

INTERIOR: This home has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a private outdoor shower! On the first floor, there is an open concept living and dining space. There is a QUEEN sized futon in the living area along with a TV with access to your favorite streaming services. There is a full kitchen and past the kitchen you will find a bedroom with a QUEEN sized bed and kitchenette. Off this room is where you will find the private outdoor shower! Up the spiral staircase to the second floor are the other two bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a QUEEN sized bed with a small workspace that boasts an amazing view! The second bedroom offers a FULL sized bed and a TWIN bed. There is an additional stored pack and play if needed. 

EXTERIOR: THREE seems to be the magic number here at Sandy Feet Retreat: Three decks! Three outdoor dining options! Three firepits! Three Points of Access to Sebago Lake! Right out front you will find the private beach, dock, and fire pit. Take a jump off the dock or walk in right from the beach out front, either way, it will be sure to cool you off during the hot summer months! For connivence, you can launch your boat directly to the left of this area, however, it must be taken out when not in use. Docking your boat is not available at this time. Look to the right and you can enjoy the very large sandy shared beach that gets all of the sunshine and even has picnic tables to enjoy your lunch. Seven watersport vessels will be available for your use- 3 single kayaks, 1 two-person kayak, 2 paddleboards, and a canoe are all included in your rental! But please remember to bring your own life jackets for safety..

SPRING STAYS: The fishing here in Kettle Cove is amazing in the springtime! Bring your rod and fishing boat for an experience to remember. If fishing isn’t your thing, you can take in the various blooming trees and flowering landscapes this time of year. You will love seeing the trees transitioning from buds to vibrant greens. This season can be tricky in Maine weather wise, so you may be able to enjoy the deck while grilling or you may want to cozy up to the outdoor fire pits reading an enchanted book. 

SUMMER STAYS: It doesn’t get much better than waterfront on Sebago Lake in the summertime! With a beautiful yard big enough for your entire group and accommodating interior, we believe you will make lasting memories! There are many things to do during the summer from boating, fishing, swimming and BBQing. Conveniently located less than 10 minutes from The Naples Causeway or the center of Windham makes this camp simply irresistible. There is no better place to spend your next vacation! 

AUTUMN STAYS: Check out Sandy Feet Retreat during autumn in Maine to really experience the stunning foliage changes that the Northeast has to offer. Make a trip to a nearby apple orchard, take in the local county fair, or enjoy a fall hike during your stay. Once you are back, make hot apple ciders and sip them by the outdoor fire pit under the stars.

WINTER VISITS: This year round camp offers a fireplace to keep you warm and cozy during the bitter cold nights. Warm up after a day of cross country skiing or snowshoeing on the nearby trails, or take a trip to Pleasant Mountain for some skiing about 30 minutes away. You can also visit Seacoast Fun Park for some ultimate tubing just 10 minutes away! In the evening, sip hot chocolate next to the fireplace while watching the snowfall, reading a good book, or playing a board game.  

HOUSE RULES/SECURITY: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. No parties or underage drinking. Quiet hours between 10pm-7am. There is a STRICT 15 MPH speed limit on this and the surrounding roads. Number of guests past quiet hours may not exceed the number of guests listed. Any and all damages will be reported to Campfire Booking. Exterior security cameras with audio are appropriately placed on the exterior to protect both guests and owners and are only used to ensure the house rules are followed. Maine State Law requires all children 10 and under to wear a floatation device while using any watercraft. 

A signed Guest Rental Agreement is required prior to your stay and will be sent to you via DocuSign following your confirmed reservation. Please make sure your email is accurate.  

PARKING: 3 cars max or 1 car and 1 boat trailer. 

ESSENTIALS: Bed linens and towels are NOT included in your stay due to the absence of washer/dryer units. You will be responsible for any bed linens you will need and any toilet paper that will be needed beyond the two rolls per bathroom that will be supplied to you. Please note that Scott 1000 1-ply toilet paper is the only toilet paper that is “septic safe”. 

PETS: As much as we love pets, they are not allowed at this property.
