Pine Tree Place- A Sebago Cove Camp

Nestled away in Sebago Cove on Sebago Lake, is this beautiful Maine camp surrounded by trees and nature! It offers a ton of indoor and outdoor living. Load up the canoe and paddles onto the trolly and head down the street to the private shared water access point/beach. There is plenty of space inside and out to have a memorable vacation! If you are looking to enjoy a larger beach area, this property is located close to Nason's Beach and Sebago Lake State Park. *AC available in every room 

INTERIOR: This home has 3 bedrooms (All equipped with air conditioning) and 1 full bathroom. The primary bedroom, which is on the main floor, offers a QUEEN sized bed along with a washer/dryer unit for guests use. You will also find the bathroom on the main floor along with the open concept living space which includes a full kitchen and a living and dining area which has a large gas fireplace. On the second floor there are 2 additional bedrooms, on offers another QUEEN sized bed and the other bedroom offers a FULL sized bed and two TWIN sized beds.

EXTERIOR: With this property, you have plenty of options! The screened in front porch is a great shaded hangout spot for meals, card games, or reading. The string lights offer and ambiance that is perfect for dusk while still staying clear of any nighttime mosquitos. The ceiling fan is a great addition for those warm summer nights. Gather around and cozy up in the adirondack chairs surrounding the fire pit. It is the perfect place to have a fun and delicious BBQ during the day or star gaze in the evening. When you are ready for fun on the lake, down the street you'll find a small private shared beach. There are lifejackets along with a canoe and paddles for you at the rental, if you are interested in taking a leisurely canoe ride along the Sebago Cove of Sebago Lake. Additionally, there is a rustic outdoor shower as well, which is a fun Maine camp amenity. 

SPRING STAYS: Come stay at Pine Tree Place during the springtime! Maine’s various blooming trees and flowering landscapes are stunning. You will love seeing the trees transitioning from buds to vibrant greens. This season can be tricky in Maine weather wise, so you may be able to enjoy the deck while grilling or you may want to cozy up to the fireplace reading an enchanted book. If fishing is your thing, bring a rod or rent one nearby. Sebago Cove is a fabulous place to catch some dinner! 

SUMMER STAYS: Maine in the summertime is where you want to be! Located just 5 minutes from The Naples Causeway you will find shopping, water sports, restaurants, mini golf, and more! With this property having Sebago Lake access, a beautiful yard with enough room for your entire group and accommodating interior, we believe you will make lasting memories! There are many activities  to enjoy during the summer from fishing, swimming and BBQing. There is no better place to spend your next vacation! 

AUTUMN STAYS: Check out Pine Tree Place during autumn in Maine to really experience the stunning foliage changes that the Northeast has to offer. Make a trip to a nearby apple orchard, take in the local county fair or enjoy a fall hike during your stay. Once you are back, make Hot Toddies and sip them by the indoor or outdoor fire.

HOUSE RULES/SECURITY: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. No parties or underage drinking. Quiet hours between 10pm-7am. There is a STRICT 15 MPH speed limit on this and the surrounding roads. Number of guests past quiet hours may not exceed the number of guests listed. Any and all damages will be reported to Campfire Booking. Exterior security cameras with audio are appropriately placed on the exterior to protect both guests and owners and are only used to ensure the house rules are followed. Maine State Law requires all children 10 and under to wear a floatation device while using any watercraft. 

A signed Guest Rental Agreement is required prior to your stay and will be sent to you via DocuSign following your confirmed reservation. Please make sure your email is accurate.  

PARKING: 3 cars

ESSENTIALS: All bed linens and towels are included in your stay. You will be responsible for any toilet paper that will be needed beyond the two rolls per bathroom that will be supplied to you. Please note that Scott 1000 1-ply toilet paper is the only toilet paper that is “septic safe”. There is no water filtration system, so bottled water is necessary for drinking. 

PETS: As much as we love pets, they are not allowed at this property.
