This home is the perfect waterfront property located in Sebago Cove on Sebago Lake! This year round home is a great place to bring the kids and spend your days relaxing while enjoying all of the Maine Camp Life amenities! With several different areas to entertain, there is plenty of space for everyone and offers wonderful lake views! There are so many amazing activities to keep the whole family having fun all day long.

INTERIOR: This home has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Upon entering the home is where you will find a 3 season porch with seating. On the first floor, you will find an open kitchen, dining and living space with beautiful skylights. Off of the kitchen, is a convenient screened in porch with a bistro set and porch swing that overlooks the water. There is a full bathroom on the main floor along with three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a QUEEN sized bed. The second bedroom offers bunk beds, boasting a FULL sized bed on bottom and a TWIN sized bed on top. For added sleeping space, the day bed can be used as a TWIN sized bed. The third bedroom offers a KING sized bed with FANTASTIC lake views. In the lower level there is another living room with an air hockey table, TV, sitting area, and access to washer and dryer. This walk out room gives you direct access to the backyard and lake!

EXTERIOR: Enjoy the scenic views of Sebago Lake from the large backyard and from the upper screened in porch! This getaway has a whopping 95 feet of private water frontage with a large dock and a deck that boasts built-in seating that overlooks like water. The dock is perfect for jumping into the water or docking your boat. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower for a little fun and added convenience. Whether you choose to have fun in the canoe, kayak, or the 2 person pedal boat, or light up the fire pit under the stars, you will have a great time on the lake!

SPRING STAYS: Fishing, fishing, fishing!!!!! This cove lets you fish RIGHT from the dock. Catch your dinner and grill it up, fresh from the lake. Springtime in Maine allows you to take in the various blooming trees and flowering landscapes. You will love seeing the trees transitioning from buds to vibrant greens. 

SUMMER STAYS: Maine in the summertime is where you want to be! With this property directly on Sebago Lake, a beautiful yard with enough room for your entire group and accommodating interior, we believe you will make lasting memories! While you can expect the bottom of Sebago Cove to feel a bit pond-like, it is still perfect for swimming and you will have access to the shared 300 ft of beach just a few houses down from Paradise on Sebago Cove! Additionally, The Naples Causeway is just 5 minutes down the road with shopping, water sports, restaurants, and mini golf! There is no better place to spend your next vacation! 

AUTUMN STAYS: Check out Paradise on Sebago Cove during autumn in Maine to really experience the stunning foliage changes that the Northeast has to offer. Make a trip to a nearby apple orchard, take in the local county fair, or enjoy a fall hike during your stay. Once you are back, make hot apple ciders and sip them by the outdoor fire pit under the stars.

WINTER VISITS: Ice fishing is a perfect activity for the whole family in this cove. Because it freezes over a bit quicker than the bigger bay areas, you can ice fish right in your own backyard! Warm up after a day of ice fishing, cross country skiing, or snowshoeing on trails that are conveniently located or take a trip to Pleasant Mountain, just 25 minutes away. End your day, by sipping hot chocolate while watching the snowfall, read a good book or play one of the many board games left for our guests. 

HOUSE RULES/SECURITY: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. No parties or underage drinking. Quiet hours between 10pm-7am. There is a STRICT 15 MPH speed limit on this and the surrounding roads. Number of guests past quiet hours may not exceed the number of guests listed. Any and all damages will be reported to Campfire Booking. Exterior security cameras with audio are appropriately placed on the exterior to protect both guests and owners and are only used to ensure the house rules are followed. Maine State Law requires all children 10 and under to wear a floatation device while using any watercraft. 

A signed Guest Rental Agreement is required prior to your stay and will be sent to you via DocuSign following your confirmed reservation. Please make sure your email is accurate.  

PARKING: 4 cars. 

ESSENTIALS: Bed linens and towels are included in your stay. You will be responsible for any toilet paper that will be needed beyond the two rolls per bathroom that will be supplied to you. Please note that Scott 1000 1-ply toilet paper is the only toilet paper that is “septic safe”. There is no water filtration system, so bottled water is necessary for drinking. 

PETS: We are pet friendly with a fee of $150/pet per stay.
