This wonderful home is a spectacular Long Lake property! This gorgeous vacation rental offers lake access and a large private shared sandy beach. Here, you will find, both inside and out, plenty of space for everyone to have a vacation of a lifetime! There are so many amazing activities to keep the whole family having fun all day long.

INTERIOR: This property has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, enough space for the whole group. The primary bedroom has a KING sized bed with an adjacent bathroom with a stand up shower and jacuzzi tub. There are three bedrooms and another full bathroom on the lower level. The first one offers a FULL sized bed and bunk beds, both TWIN sized. The second bedroom has a FULL sized bed and a TWIN sized bed. There is a family room that has a TV, another set of bunk beds, bothTWIN sized and a small couch for additional sleep space. The laundry room is also located on the lower level.  Back up on the first floor is the large open kitchen that should have all the cooking and eating essentials your group may need during your stay. Off the kitchen is the dining area and living room. The living room has a TV available for you to login into your favorite streaming services. Make time for various board games or just relax with a puzzle or a good book when not down enjoying the beach.

EXTERIOR: Take advantage of outside dining on the large upper deck that boasts panoramic views of the neighborhood and a bit of the lake, or fire up the grill and use the lower deck and picnic tables for a family BBQ. Load up the rental golf cart and bring the two included kayaks, life vest and spend your day at the large shared beach. The beach has a park-like setting at the waterfront to enjoy family activities all day long and use of the private dock is also included in your stay; and you can launch your boat right from the shared beach. End the day, back at the house, around the crowd-pleasing, built-in fire pit making s’mores!

SPRING STAYS: Long Lake boasts amazing fishing so bring those fishing rods! Come stay at Panoramic Place during the springtime in Maine to take in the various blooming trees and flowering landscapes. You will love seeing the trees transitioning from buds to vibrant greens. This season can be tricky in Maine weather wise, so you may be able to enjoy the deck while grilling or you may want to cozy up to the outdoor fire pit reading an enchanted book. Spring fishing is always a great activity as well! 

SUMMER STAYS: Just a 10 minute drive or short boat ride down to the Famous Naples Causeway, makes this place PERFECT for your next vacation! Long Lake has some great boating and there are many things to do during the summer from kayaking, boating, fishing, swimming and BBQing. 

AUTUMN STAYS: Check out Panoramic Place during autumn in Maine to really experience the stunning foliage changes that the Northeast has to offer. Make a trip to a nearby apple orchard, take in the local county fair, or enjoy a fall hike during your stay at one of the nearby mountains or local trails. Once you are back, make hot apple ciders and sip them by the outdoor fire pit under the stars.

WINTER VISITS: Warm up after a day of cross country skiing or snowshoeing on the nearby trails, or take a trip to Pleasant Mountain for some skiing about 20 minutes away. You can also visit Seacoast Fun Park for some ultimate tubing just 30 minutes away! There are some great snowmobile trails nearby, as well. You can snowmobile right from this house and out to the trails. In the evening, sip hot chocolate next to the roaring fire while watching the snowfall, reading a good book or playing a board game.

HOUSE RULES/SECURITY: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. No parties or underage drinking. Quiet hours between 10pm-7am. There is a STRICT 15 MPH speed limit on this and the surrounding roads. Number of guests past quiet hours may not exceed the number of guests listed. Any and all damages will be reported to Campfire Booking. Exterior security cameras with audio are appropriately placed on the exterior to protect both guests and owners and are only used to ensure the house rules are followed. Maine State Law requires all children 10 and under to wear a floatation device while using any watercraft. 

A signed Guest Rental Agreement is required prior to your stay and will be sent to you via DocuSign following your confirmed reservation. Please make sure your email is accurate.  

PARKING: 6 cars or 4-5 cars and a boat trailer. 

ESSENTIALS: Bed linens and towels are included in your stay. You will be responsible for any toilet paper that will be needed beyond the two rolls per bathroom that will be supplied to you. Please note that Scott 1000 1-ply toilet paper is the only toilet paper that is “septic safe”. There is no water filtration system, so bottled water is necessary for drinking. In the event the rental loses power, there is a generator that will automatically turn on. Once on, you will have power on the main floor and have the use of each toilet and shower. Please be mindful of water consumption.

PETS: We are pet friendly with a fee of $100/pet per stay.
