This private home is a spectacular waterfront property on Sebago Lake, to put it mildly! This gorgeous vacation rental on 2.5 acres is truly phenomenal given its size and waterfront access! Located at the end of a private cul-d-sac, here is where you will find this stunning place where, inside and out, you’ll have plenty of space for everyone! There are so many amazing activities to keep the whole family having fun all day long.
INTERIOR: This 5 bedroom and 4.5 bathroom estate is where you will find hardwood and tile floors throughout, a floor to ceiling granite stone fireplace, cathedral ceilings, and an expansive kitchen that allows for easy entertainment with your guests. On the main level, you will also find a living room, a dining room, a 1/2 bath, and the primary bedroom suite that has views of the lake. This bedroom has a KING sized bed and the attached primary bathroom offers a double-bowl vanity sink, a whirlpool jacuzzi bathtub, and a stand up shower. The second level features another primary suite with a KING sized bed with an attached full size bathroom. A third bedroom has a QUEEN sized bed and a fourth bedroom has a FULL sized bed with a full sized bathroom between them to share. Step down to the lower level which features radiant heat, a walk-out daylight to the yard or patio, with large windows and an abundance of natural light, a free-standing gas stove, a second family room with ample seating and large TV. There is an additional full bathroom, kitchenette, and bedroom with two bunk beds that offer three TWIN sized beds and one FULL sized bed and a twin trundle at the bottom. There are two BONUS rooms on the main level- a beautiful sun room off the large kitchen and a three season screened room.
EXTERIOR: Enjoy the scenic views of Sebago Lake peeking up from the wooded pathway while out enjoying the back deck or from down on the lower patio or the large grassy backyard. Off the kitchen is where you can enjoy the gas grill for a family BBQ. Down the path to the water from the backyard, you will find two docks, two kayaks, a large water trampoline, and a fire pit with a number of adirondack chairs, all ready for your enjoyment this summer.

SPRING STAYS: Come stay at Lakeside Manor during the springtime and bring your fish pole for some amazing fishing right on the property! Take in the various blooming trees and flowering landscapes and enjoy watching the trees transitioning from buds to vibrant greens. This season can be tricky in Maine weather wise, so you may be able to enjoy the deck while grilling or you may want to cozy up to the indoor fireplace or the outdoor fire pit reading an enchanted book.
SUMMER STAYS: Bring your boat and we can guarantee that this is exactly where you will want to be this summer. With this property directly on Sebago Lake, a beautiful yard with enough room for your entire group and accommodating interior, we believe you will make lasting memories! The kids are sure to enjoy jumping off the dock or the massive water trampoline. For a change of scenery, walk down to the large sandy association beach. There are many things to do during the summer from kayaking, boating, fishing, swimming and BBQing. And being just a 5 minute drive from the Famous Naples Causeway, makes this place PERFECT for your next vacation!
AUTUMN STAYS: Check out Lakeside Manor during autumn in Maine to really experience the stunning foliage changes that the Northeast has to offer. Make a trip to a nearby apple orchard, take in the local county fair, or enjoy a fall hike on one of the main nearby trails. Once you are back, make hot apple ciders and sip them by the fireplace or the outdoor fire pit under the stars.
WINTER VISITS: Warm up after a day of cross country skiing or snowshoeing on the nearby trails, or take a trip to Pleasant Mountain for some skiing about 30 minutes away. You can also visit Seacoast Fun Park for some ultimate tubing just 20 minutes away! In the evening, sip hot chocolate next to the roaring fire while watching the snowfall, reading a good book or playing a board game.
HOUSE RULES/SECURITY: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. No parties or underage drinking. Quiet hours between 10pm-7am. There is a STRICT 15 MPH speed limit on this and the surrounding roads. Number of guests past quiet hours may not exceed the number of guests listed. Any and all damages will be reported to Campfire Booking. Exterior security cameras with audio are appropriately placed on the exterior to protect both guests and owners and are only used to ensure the house rules are followed. Maine State Law requires all children 10 and under to wear a floatation device while using any watercraft.
A signed Guest Rental Agreement is required prior to your stay and will be sent to you via DocuSign following your confirmed reservation. Please make sure your email is accurate.
PARKING: 5 cars and a boat trailer.
ESSENTIALS: Bed linens and towels are included in your stay. You will be responsible for any toilet paper that will be needed beyond the two rolls per bathroom that will be supplied to you. Please note that Scott 1000 1-ply toilet paper is the only toilet paper that is “septic safe”.
PETS: As much as we love pets, they are not allowed at this property.
