This home is the perfect waterfront property on Little Sebago Lake for the whole family! This seasonal home is a great place to bring the kids and spend your days relaxing while enjoying all of the Maine Camp Life amenities! Inside and out is where there is plenty of space for everyone and offers STUNNING sunrise AND sunset views! BONUS- You have a dock that fits boats up to 19 ft and so many amazing amenities and activities to keep the whole family having fun for your entire vacation.

INTERIOR: This large home has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Upon entering the home you will find a large open kitchen, dining and living space which is wonderful for entertaining. There is a ½ bath on the first floor, as well. The second floor is home to all sleeping quarters. The primary bedroom offers a QUEEN sized bed, large walk in closet and an ensuite bathroom. This bedroom has direct lake views getting amazing sunrises. The second bedroom offers another QUEEN sized bed.  The third bedroom offers two TWIN sized beds. The fourth bedroom has a murphy style bed that has a FULL sized bed. There is a second full bathroom with a washer and dryer for your use, if needed.

EXTERIOR: Enjoy the scenic views of Little Sebago Lake from the many seating areas along the water, amongst the beautifully landscaped garden, or from the large back deck overlooking it all! This getaway has a whopping 120 feet of private water frontage with a large dock. Whether you are enjoying a beautiful ride in the included kayaks or canoe, gathered around the cozy fire pit, or under the shaded cabana, you will be able to soak in all that this waterfront house has to offer. In addition, there is outside table seating, a grill, a shared dock that can fit a 19ft boat, yard games, and a relaxing glider swing ALL for renters to use during their stay.

SPRING STAYS: Come stay at Edgewater Escape during the springtime in Maine to take in the various blooming trees and flowering landscapes. You will love seeing the trees transitioning from buds to vibrant greens. Bring your fishing poles for some of the best fishing of the year. This season can be tricky in Maine weather wise, so you may be able to enjoy the deck while grilling or you may want to cozy up to the outdoor fire pit reading an enchanted book. Spring fishing is always a great activity as well! 

SUMMER STAYS: Waterfront on Little Sebago Lake is the place to be in the summer! With a beautiful backyard with enough room for the entire group and accommodating interior, we believe you will make lasting memories! There are many things to do during the summer from kayaking, canoeing, boating, fishing, swimming and BBQing. There is no better place to spend your next vacation! 

AUTUMN STAYS: Check out Edgewater Escape during autumn in Maine to really experience the stunning foliage changes that the Northeast has to offer. Make a trip to a nearby apple orchard, take in the local county fair, or enjoy a fall hike on the nearby trails. Once you are back, make hot apple ciders and sip them by the outdoor fire pit under the stars.

HOUSE RULES/SECURITY: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. No parties or underage drinking. Quiet hours between 10pm-7am. There is a STRICT 15 MPH speed limit on this and the surrounding roads. Number of guests past quiet hours may not exceed the number of guests listed. Any and all damages will be reported to Campfire Booking. Exterior security cameras with audio are appropriately placed on the exterior to protect both guests and owners and are only used to ensure the house rules are followed. Maine State Law requires all children 10 and under to wear a floatation device while using any watercraft. 

A signed Guest Rental Agreement is required prior to your stay and will be sent to you via DocuSign following your confirmed reservation. Please make sure your email is accurate.  

PARKING: 3 cars. 

ESSENTIALS: Bed linens and towels are included in your stay. You will be responsible for any toilet paper that will be needed beyond the two rolls per bathroom that will be supplied to you. Please note that Scott 1000 1-ply toilet paper is the only toilet paper that is “septic safe”. There is no water filtration system, so bottled water is necessary for drinking. 

PETS: We are pet friendly with a fee of $100/pet per stay.

There is an in-law apartment attached that is occupied, which renters will not have access to.
