This newly remodeled and beautifully decorated waterfront property is located in Wards Cove on Sebago Lake. The direct facing water views of Sebago Lake are just stunning! A short walk down the street, you will find a very large private shared beach. Renting a boat for the day? Perfect, there is a shared dock for loading and unloading! There is plenty of space inside and out to have a memorable vacation!

INTERIOR: This home has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. The primary bedroom offers a QUEEN sized bed overlooking the water and a small workspace if needed. The second bedroom offers another QUEEN sized bed, which also has a stunning lake view, as well as a TWIN bed for additional sleep space. In between both rooms, you will find a top floor balcony with unobstructed lake views, where you can sip your morning coffee or have a nightcap. On the main floor is where you will find the newly remodeled bathroom with the large stand up tiled shower, a beautifully decorated kitchen, a large sectional sofa in the living room, and a dining space with views that span 5 miles across the lake. Additionally, there is a brand new washer and dryer unit for guests to use.

EXTERIOR: With this property, you have plenty of options! Hang out around the fire pit under the stars or have a fun and delicious BBQ outside with your family or friends. When you are ready for fun on the lake, the 200ft association owned, private sandy beach is located 13 houses down and is about a +/-8 minute walk. Use the stand-up paddle board to glide along the glass-like lake in the early morning. The beach also has a dock that can be used for loading and unloading only.

SPRING STAYS: Come stay at Cove View Camp during the springtime! Maine’s various blooming trees and flowering landscapes are stunning. You will love seeing the trees transitioning from buds to vibrant greens. This season can be tricky in Maine weather wise, so you may be able to enjoy the deck while grilling or you may want to cozy up to the fireplace reading an enchanted book.

SUMMER STAYS: If summertime on Sebago Lake isn’t your favorite, it will soon be! With this property having Sebago Lake access, a beautiful yard with enough room for your entire group and accommodating interior, we believe you will make lasting memories! There are many activities  to enjoy during the summer from boating, fishing, swimming and BBQing. Just 10 miles up Route 114 is the famous Naples Causeway. Enjoy lunch on the water, a ride on the Songo Queen, or various water sport activities during your stay. Additionally, Sportsman’s Kitchen and Keg and outdoor Tiki Bar is THE place to be, located just 1 mile down the road. Trust us when we say, there is no better place to spend your next vacation!

AUTUMN STAYS: Check out Cove View Camp during autumn in Maine to really experience the stunning foliage changes that the Northeast has to offer. Make a trip to a nearby apple orchard, take in the local county fair or enjoy a fall hike during your stay. Once you are back, make Hot Toddies and sip them by the outdoor fire pit under the stars and of course, take in the tranquil views of the glass-like lake. 

WINTER VISITS: This year round home offers a fireplace to keep you warm and cozy during the bitter cold nights. Warm up after a day of cross country skiing or snowshoeing on the nearby trails, or take a trip to Pleasant Mountain for some skiing about 30 minutes away. You can also visit Seacoast Fun Park for some ultimate tubing just 20 minutes away! In the evening, sip hot chocolate next to the fireplace while watching the snowfall, reading a good book, or playing a board game. 

HOUSE RULES/SECURITY: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. No parties or underage drinking. Quiet hours between 10pm-7am. There is a STRICT 15 MPH speed limit on this and the surrounding roads. Number of guests past quiet hours may not exceed the number of guests listed. Any and all damages will be reported to Campfire Booking. Exterior security cameras with audio are appropriately placed on the exterior to protect both guests and owners and are only used to ensure the house rules are followed. Maine State Law requires all children 10 and under to wear a floatation device while using any watercraft. 

A signed Guest Rental Agreement is required prior to your stay and will be sent to you via DocuSign following your confirmed reservation. Please make sure your email is accurate.  

PARKING: 2-3 cars, or one vehicle and a boat trailer.

ESSENTIALS: All bed linens and towels are included in your stay. You will be responsible for any toilet paper that will be needed beyond the two rolls per bathroom that will be supplied to you. Please note that Scott 1000 1-ply toilet paper is the only toilet paper that is “septic safe”. 

PETS: We are pet friendly with a fee of $100/pet per stay.
