This Maine camp is located on the western shore of Sebago Lake in Sebago, Maine with direct facing water views that are absolutely breathtaking! It has many generations behind it, with the origins dating back to the 1950’s! This charming home is really an authentic experience. Renting a boat for the day or bringing your own? INTERIOR: This home has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. The primary bedroom offers a FULL sized bed. The second bedroom offers a TWIN sized bed with a TWIN sized trundle. In the open kitchen, living and dining room, you will find a TWIN sized daybed and another TWIN sized trundle. There is also a futon for additional sleeping. But the best place in this camp is its views from the front porch, surrounded by windows to enjoy unobstructed views of the lake. Sip your coffee while taking in the gorgeous Sebago Lake sunrise or gather around the table for a game of cards.

EXTERIOR: With this property, you have plenty of options! Jump off the dock and take a refreshing morning swim and/or bring your boat to cruise around the lake for the day. Need a break? Relax in the beach chairs while taking in the views on the 20 ft sanded platform ledge or fire up the grill for some lunch while enjoying outside dining atop the private deck area. Head inside for some shade and when the sun goes down, head down to the fire pit to end the evening.

SPRING STAYS: Come stay at Camp On The Rocks during the springtime! The fishing is amazing here in June and Maine’s various blooming trees and flowering landscapes are stunning. You will love seeing the trees transitioning from buds to vibrant greens.

SUMMER STAYS: Summertime on Sebago Lake is where you want to be! Come make lasting memories in this generationally owned camp. Just 2 minutes from the Sebago Town Beach and boat launch where you can grab some lobsters to cook up or a cool ice cream treat, and 10 minutes from the famous Naples Causeway, you are sure to never feel bored. There are many activities to enjoy during the summer from boating, fishing, swimming and BBQing. While you are at it, head down the road about 5 minutes to Sportsman’s Kitchen and Keg Restaurant and Tiki Bar! There is no better place to spend your next vacation!

AUTUMN STAYS: Check out Camp On The Rocks during autumn in Maine to really experience the stunning foliage changes that the Northeast has to offer. Make a trip to a nearby apple orchard, take in the local county fair, or enjoy a fall hike during your stay. Once you are back, make Hot Toddies and sip them by the outdoor fire pit under the stars and of course, take in the tranquil views of the glass-like lake.

HOUSE RULES/SECURITY: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. No parties or underage drinking. Quiet hours between 10pm-7am. There is a STRICT 15 MPH speed limit on this and the surrounding roads. Number of guests past quiet hours may not exceed the number of guests listed. Any and all damages will be reported to Campfire Booking. Exterior security cameras with audio are appropriately placed on the exterior to protect both guests and owners and are only used to ensure the house rules are followed. Maine State Law requires all children 10 and under to wear a floatation device while using any watercraft.

A signed Guest Rental Agreement is required prior to your stay and will be sent to you via DocuSign following your confirmed reservation. Please make sure your email is accurate.

PARKING: 3-4 cars, 2-3 vehicles and a boat trailer.

ESSENTIALS: All bed linens and towels are included in your stay. You will be responsible for any toilet paper that will be needed beyond the two rolls per bathroom that will be supplied to you. Please note that Scott 1000 1-ply toilet paper is the only toilet paper that is “septic safe”. There is no water filtration system, so bottled water is necessary for drinking.

PETS: As much as we love pets, they are not allowed at this property.
